Welcome to Flussonic LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a technology company specializing in software for transcoding, delivery and storage of streaming video.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all the visitors of our website (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) and to all the information that the Company may receive about the User when the User visits the website www.flussonic.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) or accepts any offers published on the Website.
The fact of browsing the Website, using its individual functions and accepting offers published on the Website means that the User unconditionally agrees with this Policy and with the terms and conditions for processing personal data stated herein. If the User does not agree with our Policy, the User cannot use the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you agree with this Privacy Policy. The Company is entitled to amend the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy with amendments becoming effective immediately upon publication. The fact that you continue using our Website after such amendments are made constitutes their acceptance. If you disagree with our Policy at a certain point, you must stop using the Website.
The Company lawfully processes personal data in order to execute the powers and responsibilities vested in the Company and to exercise the rights and interests of the Company and the Users.
Information collected by the Company
The Policy establishes the Company’s obligations regarding non-disclosure and privacy of information.
Information that the Company may collect about the User during the Website usage, including, without limitation, personal data:

You can use them by contacting us or if you consider that processing of your personal data does not comply with the GDPR (see the Contact Us page for our contact information). You are entitled to inquire if we have any of your personal data and to obtain access to your personal data that you have submitted to us and that we currently have. You are responsible for the accuracy of your personal data submitted to us. You can amend your personal data at any time via your dashboard or by sending a relevant request to the Company’s e-mail. We will not be able to amend your data after your request if we consider that such amendment will violate any law or result in misrepresentation of information. You can object to or prohibit our processing of your personal data by contacting us. However, this action may impact your ability to use the Company’s products. The Company shall promptly inform you and your data protection authority within the timeline stated in the applicable law (72 hours) about any violations of your personal data. Pursuant to the GDPR you are entitled to file a complaint with your local data protection authority about any activity of ours that does not comply with the GDPR. In order to confirm that the rights are exercised by the actual personal data subject and in order for you to be able to exercise these rights, we may ask you to confirm your identity (in compliance with the GDPR). Residents of the EEA or the United Kingdom.
We shall use your personal data subject to the existence of one of the four legal grounds:
- We may use your personal data if you have entered into a contract with us and the personal data usage is necessary for executing this contract.
- We may use your personal data if we have a legitimate reason to do so, e.g. for statistics and analytics or for improving functionality of our software.
- If you have provided your consent to using your personal data as we requested. You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us.
- We may be obliged to use your personal data in compliance with the law, e.g. when we have to protect our users.
For residents of California.
If you reside in California, the law of California can grant you additional rights regarding our use of your personal data (CCPA).
Privacy for children.
The Company does not collect any information from children under 18. If we find out that we have received any personal data from a child under 18, we shall delete this information forthwith. Besides, we do not collect any information from the EEC residents under 16 (in compliance with the GDPR).
Personal data collection purposes
The Company processes the Users’ personal data in order to comply with the requirements of the current law and in order to process the Users’ requests, to consult the Users, to provide the Website functionality, to execute agreements and contracts with the User and to analyze the User’s actions on the Website.
We keep your personal data for as long as they are required to achieve the goals that the data were obtained for. We can also keep the data longer, e.g. in order to ensure compliance with our agreements or to resolve disputes. Upon deleting some of your personal data we can also continue keeping and using the anonymous data that cannot be used any longer for identification purposes but can be used for statistics and analytics.
Personal data processing
Personal data processing is carried out without any time limitation by any lawful means, including automation means. We may disclose information that does not identify any individual. We may delete parts of the data that may identify you and share such anonymized data with any person.
The User’s personal data remains confidential unless the law stipulates otherwise. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
We can disclose your personal data in response to a legitimate request from the government if we reasonably believe that this is required by law. Also, we can disclose your personal data if we reasonably believe that this is required for: 1. Prevention of any illegal activity 2. Protection of the Company’s and the Users’ rights 3. Prevention of death or inevitable body injury.
Personal data protection measures
The Company undertakes all the required and sufficient measures to protect the User’s personal data against illegal or accidental access, destruction, amendment, copying, locking, or any other illegal actions, excluding the personal data uploaded by the User to his/her Dashboard because you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the information used to access your Dashboard and for all the actions in your Dashboard, regardless of whether such actions are performed by you or any third party. Although the Company makes every effort to protect your data, the Company does not provide any guarantees for the data safety and security because no transmission of information via the Internet is absolutely secure.
